I am either a maritime lawyer who understands business or a businessman with a law degree... you decide! Either way, I am also a self proclaimed foodie.
I am an experienced maritime transportation and logistics attorney and a commercial lawyer and businessman. I counsel senior management on international commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, maritime law, environmental issues and government relations.
I spend a great deal of time on the road, eating a variety of cuisine all over the world. This blog follows EVERY meal eaten at a restaurant - from fast food to fine dining and everything in between. From a paper sack to bone china, if the meal is served outside a home, it will be written about here.
Previously, I wrote about maritime law and technology and those archived posts can be found on this blog as well. However, while on a business trip to Singapore during the summer of 2009 I realized that I was interested in writing about a passion of mine other than maritime law and thus the very strange twist this blog is taking. Bon Appetite!
